# Taking Apart an old Mosquito

Ok, so, I have two mosquitos, and I am working on modding them when I noticed that one had screws while the other one did not. The one that does not have screws also has starburst. From what I can tell, this is an old design. Does anyone know how to take the old mosquito apart? Without breaking it, of course.

I would guess taking pliers, getting a god grip on it and popping off the cap
I haven’t done this before, so feel free to go OHMALAWD HAHAHAHAA

Try using a razor blade and pop the cap open. Or do the old trick where you push the axle down on a table and the caps should pop off.

The one without screws doesn’t come apart. they are glued on.
