# Superwide Problem

Well, if you read anythinb else, there’s tons of other stuff you can fix it with.

Twice I’ve heard of YYF replacing a yoyo due to this problem. I’m sure they’ll do it again.

Like I said, the last one to screw it together crossthreaded it. So that right there told Ben that it wasn’t YYFs fault. They’re taking care of it anyway. I just don’t want us to lose sight of the fact that once again, a customer drove their yoyo into a telephone pole, and YYF replaced it. ;D

A double post, but just a quick update on my situation:

YoyoFactory sent me a new half of the yoyo. It came in the mail today along with a lot of stickers a and it screws in perfectly. Thank you, YoyoFactory, that’s great customer service.
