# String preferences?

What kinds of strings do you prefer, and why? Any thoughts on nylon vs. poly, thick vs thin, length, etc? Also colors! 🎨

Do you like using fresh a new string before a competition, or a broken in string?

As far companies are concerned, I like playing around with different string a lot. I think it’s kinda nice to work on tricks with different setups and string really helps with that. I really like a nylon & poly blend the most, though. Normal thickness. I break in string starting 20ish minutes before I go on stage 🙂

O’my…I have my strings used and chewed in the first 20 mins…ready for a new string? Guess I need to try different strings then?
