# String for starting 4a

I’m thinking about getting into 4a with a Duncan SkyHawk. What string do you recommend using with this? TIA.

I use whatever string I’ve got. I don’t think it really matters.

String does matter! if it has a wide gap like 3 mm use a little bit thicker string if it is less than 3 mm use normal string. I learned this the hard way with two broken offstring yoyos to show for it.
