Ok, so I just got a YYF Counter Attack, it is still stock, I can’t friggin get it to pop up to my hand to do stop and go, like it is TOO unresponsive, I am aware of the fact that the C.A. has a wide gap and a CT Bearing but jeez, anyoneout there got a stock C.A. and has no problem performing Stop and Go? ---

Stop and go is tough with unresponsive yoyo’s. A tip that might help is to take the loop, make it alot bigger, and feed it into the gap slowly before you try to pull it up. you kind of have to bind the yoyo… You also might like to check this out: [![]( " - YouTube") ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6ilrWFbZio) Around 3:13 And this one he does the same move… [![]( " - YouTube") ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_CHoARMbHI) Right around the end, 3:15 or so… ---

If you want, you can add thick lube, to make it more responsive, then it will be easy to do stop and go, but I think it will slow your yo-yo down.(I am not 100% sure, because I never used thick lube.) I too have a Velocity and Counter Attack and I agree that Stop and Go is easier with Velocity but can still be done with Counter Attack. I do it the way Mark has shown by the way. With the Counter Attack it’s really just keep tugging until it eventually catches on.
