How exactly do you start a yoyo contest? I am aware there are other posts like this, but I have some specific questions about it.

1. What do you need in a venue?
2. How do you attract players, judges, and manufacturers?
3. Do you need anyone’s permission to host one?
4. How to get your contest sponsored?
