As I go to dismount, there is still a loop over my index figner of my non throw hand, so i cant swing it out and dismount, best I can do is just drop it, then get my finger out of the loop it is in. Any ideas where i’m going wrong? I tried to watch the video, about 50 times, and I still can’t get this!

Also, just a few questions, am I right in thinking that certain tricks such as the quick wind if it goes dead, UFO, sidewinder, a breakaway that returns when it gets up to your shoulder and so on are impossible with an unresponsive yoyo? They are rather easy with something like a Velocity for example, but would seem impossible with say, a DV888. Does anyone have any quick ways of getting the yoyo back, or winding, if you accidentally let it spin slowly sothat a bind return fails? or am I stuck winding by hand with my DV888?

Help?! 😃

After the rolls, theres supposed to be extra wraps. Slip yor finger out and dismonut.

AS for those responsive tricks. UFO is pretty much impossible with unresponsive yoyos. Stick with Sidewinder and other things like.

When your throwing rather weak and the yoyo is spinning slowly, all you have to do is binder “better”. throw the loop in more and give it a good tug.

If you can bind well, it’s pretty rare that you have to rewind/restart your yoyo, but it does happen. Those times call for a snap/thumb start.
