I actually went from yoyoing to contact juggling to toss juggling to club tech to poi… so um, yeah, its good to be versed in prop manipulation. 😃 ---

I juggled before throwing and I think it helped me a lot. It’s fun but I quit when I started yoyoing ---

I used to juggle alot but I don’t do it too often anymore But I think it really helps ---

I have juggled as a hobby for years. Just like yo-yo, juggling helps to relax, and both divert and clear the mind. I use it to distract myself at work. Sometimes I juggle, sometimes I yo, sometimes I juggle a soccer ball… but that is completely different. ---

I can juggle three whenever I want, sometimes pull off four, and I can do two in one hand. My friend and I went through this juggling phase. ---

I have found juggling has helped my 2a progress substantially.
