BTW just wondering, if this is released in the U.S. does it not violate Yoyojam’s patent? Sure looks like it from the pic. ---

I’m not a big fan of that patent either, but a company the size of YYJ could easily stop a yo-yo from a tiny manufacturer from being released. When is this coming out anyway?
