I thought it was pretty easy to see what’s going on.
You do a reverse trapeze, and at the same time, throw the CW down so that it goes around your nonthrowhand and catch it when it comes back. Throw it back over your nonthrowhand and catch it with your throwhand again as you unroll from the reverse trapeze.

Oh yeh, ok thanks, mine doesn’t look as snooth as that though, it looks really crap!!!
