# Silicon?

So, I’m planning to buy a tube of silicon and a YYJ Legacy, But I just want to make sure… (I can’t buy pads, that’s why…)
Where will I put/store the silicon?, so that it wont dry/cure in the next hours? Is it possible?
and is there something that I will put (cover) in the tip of the nozzle so that the silicon wont dry?

I’ve found that putting a piece of duct tape or two over the end of the nozzel will limit the curing of the silicone in the nozzle, but I sometimes do need to take the nozzle off to get the cured stuff out.
If you happen to have a vaccuum chamber, that might be good for storing the tube in, but just anywhere should be fine.

Some people use a nail in the end of the small tubes; I just clean it off and put the cap back on.
