# Shutter Wide Angle vs Recog vs JDS Shutter (explay why in comments)

Haven’t touched a wangle, but between ReCog and JDShutter, JDShutter felt less heavy, faster, similar power.

Also it’s actually available anywhere besides BST

I really shouldn’t have voted considering I haven’t played Recog but I do have both JDS and WideAngle. I love both but have been picking up the wangle a bunch more as of recent.

JDS is tight! It plays so solid on the string and just stays on plain when thrown properly. Seems to have decent spin time and just feels a little more refined than the wangle.

I feel like I can play a little faster with the wangle. I’m not fast by any sense of the term but it suits my play style / ability well. It seems to me that wangle is one of the throws that can be both floaty and / or speedy based on your style of play. Definitely a more forgiving yo-yo than JDS.

I will have to give Recog a go.
