# shutter or severe

Guys,

What plays better, the shutter or the severe?

Also if anyone else can recommend a similar spec yoyo to the above around the same price that would be a better option let me know.

Shutter:  
Heavy  
Stable  
Slower

Severe:  
Light  
Floaty  
Faster
