New prototype. Higher walls and added a bunch of hollow triangles to try out lighter weight. 58.8 grams. Still a bit heavier than most modern wooden throws, but feels VERY light. I guess it’s the material and somewhat hollow body. So far my favorite one with this profile had just a few hollow triangles and weighed 67 grams. Sounds crazy heavy, but just feels right. ---

It has todo on how 3D printers work. Everything smaller then 45 degree is no overhang and will not cause any dripping of the plastic. ---

I use fusion 360. They have a free version. @MarkD uses FreeCAD in his tutorials. ---

Yeah, just a 4.6mm gap instead of 4.25mm. It’s makes a huge difference for the better. ---

@Kray or @TheThrowingGnome any percuations I should take when sanding down 3D printed plastics?
