i know with 10+ feedback its safer bet your gonna get your gift but it does exclude alot of people… I vote that people with between 5-10 feedback must provide a working phone number to the runner of the event. Also you could pair people in the 5-10 feedback group together. However it is up to the person running this shabang to decide… btw who the heck is running this thing… ---

Honestly 10 feedback isn’t that hard, to get and we should stick to it, last year we made a few exceptions and i think it worked out alright. ---
