My friend has a yo yo jam journey yo yo & it won’t come back to his hand. In case you didn’t know the journey has adjustable double o rings & he changed it to as responsive as it can be. He’s to stubborn to learn how to bind. What should I tell him to do?

Thick lube. If he’s not in possession of thick lube, he can melt some Vaseline and use that.
