if you look right below my post on the bottom right of the wite box there is a read button that says reply

It’s in that same section that the “make new thread” button is in, except it’s in the threads and not in the rest of the forum.

Red bar top right and bottom right of the page. first thing is reply. Like Brian said it’s only in the threads.
