# Recommend string for Duncan FH1? (AKA A bearing/small gap throws)

Been jamming with the escolar freehand but my string (OT normal) just feels too thick on it. I’m was just going to go get some thin but figured I’d ask y’all to see what you guys have found works great on the freehands.

I use kitty normal on mine. OTS normal I believe is the same thickness as kitty fat.

I’ve been using yye bulk poly in white. SUPER thin and perfect for small bearing throws
