read. write. move. meditate. … says in a jamaican accent. inspired by a reggae moment with bob marley on the tunes and a yo-yo in the hand. tomorrow starts a new journey for me. going to make some further improvements in my life and this poem came to me while jamming with atmos pomodoro, listening to some reggae. @rnsy it’s short but sweet. the mantra I’m going to follow. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 read. write. move. meditate. throw yo. grow. modify the soul. :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: :yo-yo: again. you have to say it in a reggae accent because it just makes it that much better. I love the Jamaican culture and the music they provide! it was my late mothers favorite genre of music (must run in the genes!) and I’ll never forget the giant panda guerrilla dub squad concert that she and I attended. i miss her dearly. she is the reason i throw yoyo. here’s to a new day and a new start. too. here’s a little gpgds for you! rochester. ny represent. Your mother sounds like she led a beautiful life that she passed on to you. My mom raised me on Bob Marley. I’m 39. Little did I know that Bob was planting seeds through his music (to me and the millions of others that listened.). Those seeds, along with those of many other good influences in my life, reached good soil and sprouted about three years ago. Needless to say I spent a lot of time in the weeds before then. That’s when my journey truly started. I have been writing like crazy since then. Should you ever need anything, reach out, if I can, I will.
