I don’t know if I should of put this in the Unrelated section but o well.  
How do you make pictures taken from cameras smaller? My one comes out really big.  
Another question is , should I change my Avatar, If I manage to get the pictures small  
I am thinking of changing my avatar, but the problem is that I already think this avatar  
is too awsome to change, Please tell me your suggestions.

Chanigng your avatar is completely up to you.  
For the picture, you could cut the size down by cropping the picture with a certain program.
