Hopefully this time the delivery days reduced from your previous shipment, its weird that some of my UK customers parcels arrived by a month same as US but I reckon the delays might cause of irregular flights going to your country destination since this is a standard mail.

**Shipping Advisory**
We already ship out the packages that use the express/expedited shipping option however the customers who choose the standard mail will be scheduled to be sent out by tomorrow at our post office due to our unexpected high demand for upcoming orders after the April 4th sale campaign.
There will be a blog update in the upcoming days for a major transition for our company so be sure to tune it.

Any news on the shipping? I put my order a week ago and did not receive any tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Tracking might be available by tomorrow (monday) when they scan the parcels from the postal hub, delays like this happened when they receive high volume of packages from other customers. I apologize for the delay 🙇🏻♂️

After almost a month of website inactivity, we are now accepting Pre-Orders starting today from May 14th - 20th for One Week only.
This Pre-Order batch is special beacause we are now producing our yoyo strings from overseas and ending our production in the Philippines.
After a week ends, we are closing the Pre-Order window until further notice.
