For anyone ordering from UK:
My order took 4 weeks to arrive after despatch and an additional week to ship after ordering during the Black Friday Sale.
There was tracking after the package arrived in UK when using the Royal Mail site, but there was two weeks of no update before the package got onto the plane.
These are amazing strings, would be more amazing if it’s stocked in US or UK 🙏

Quick question… why do you guys (and Kitty) use those bags that are tough to get everything out of (and worse, back in to)? Not a huge complaint really, just noticed that I think yoyo strings are the only product I’ve ever seen come in that particular kind of bag.

Good Question
The reason I choose this particular resealable pack is due to its compact feature from weight and space wise if we ship them in bulk and not worrying getting the string packaging damaged when in transit, there will be future improvements on this since thats the only size available when we brought it from our partnered vendor at the moment.
Also adding the carabiner to our string lock (the one with the nylon velcro) helps to pull up the string bundles outside from the tight packaging, but putting it back takes a bit of skill but I’m planing to post a short blog of this in an upcoming days when our new website is available in public.
