# problems with breakaway

when i do a breakaway sometimes it will return to my palm sometimes it just sleeps im practicing it to get my throw straight so i can move forward with learning string tricks but constant string winding is getting old any advice would be appreciated thanks

make sure your string tension is good. tight tension can make the yoyo responsive. If you have the string double wrapped around the bearing, you can undo a wrap.
