I had the exact same problem, though I was the buyer. I bought a yoyo off of someone, they gave me a legitimate tracking number, but the package seems to have gotten stuck somewhere. that was last november. We talked to the post office, but they weren’t able to help. the package never got to me. so, I don’t know what to do. ---
