Whenever im practicing 3.0, the slip knot on my finger get loose and sometimes even comes off my finger. It happened one time over concrete, but somehow i caught it right in time. Is there a way to fix this or is it just my finger? ---

Make sure the side of the slip knot that has the loop on it is facing your ring finger and pinkie ---

You could do the double wrap technique. I know some people do that. It cinches down too tight for me. But it definitely won’t go anywhere. ---

I feel like the loop stays on tighter for me is when I start a new string I have the initial size loop so that the loop meets at the bottom side of finger if that makes sense. ---
