# Problem opening trick videos here…

I use the Youtube mobile app and am always logged in but this shows up 90% of the time when I try to watch trick videos here. For some videos - they open just fine. Why?

Usually this is because google blocks entire ASNs/IP ranges that it thinks are suspicious…

1. If you’re using a VPN or any kind of privacy relay feature try disabling it and see if the issue persists, I have to pretty routinely swap around my VPN servers or google blacklists me
2. If you’re using a browser with an ad blocker some of them can also block cookies from being shared with embedded content, worth disabling and checking

if neither of those apply to you I would try a different network first (e.g. your mobile data), if that still doesn’t work it’s probably something device specific

I have problems playing YT videos on here sometimes. Usually it takes 5-10 seconds of glitching out before it finally plays normally. Guess my privacy settings on mobile aren’t as good as yours, since it eventually figures out who I am lol.

Edit: no app for me though.

You need to open a browser and log in to YouTube on your mobile device. It doesn’t appear to recognize that you’re logged into the mobile app.
