# Probably my favorite mod I’ve done

Felt like sharing this mod I did a few years ago that sits in the spot of being my favorite. The Speedmaker is one of my favorite yo-yos, if not my favorite one. It was the yoyo that exposed me to unresponsive play.

This Speedmaker was modded to take One Drop Yo-yos spacer system. I wanted to preserve as much of the original aspects of the yoyo as I could while updating the bearing seat and response.

I’ve done 3-4 of these on other Speedmakers but this was the only one that came out smooth and not with a significant vibe. I was pretty glad this one worked out as well as it did with it being in a great color too.

They’re called Cabal Guts.
