Well, I have been trying to learn pop ‘n’ fresh for a while now, but i have a really hard time, well understanding what to do when you switch your hands. Any tips on it?

Bring your throwhand under the yoyo but over your nonthrowhand. Also, make sure your hands are aligned.

Also: When i bring my throwhand, do i sqeeze my fingers together? almost to hold the strings in place? Thank you

Try sliding the strings wrapped on your index fingers to the bases of your fingers top keep the string in place
