# Pop n Fresh Help!

I need help on Pop n Fresh.

First, do you go into a regular Mach 5 mount? How do you “pop” it? I can’t even get Mondial…

Nay help/videos appreciated highly!!!

You go into the regular mach 5 mount and then put your hands even with each other, but sideways. If you know Kwijibo, there is that pop when your arms are crossed to get into Double or Nothing. Do the same motion as that to pop the yoyo up for Pop n Fresh. Then, while it’s in the air, quickly switch your hands with your nonthrowhand going over your throwhand, but make sure to keep the strings on your hands in line.
