Spotted this on YYF’s IG while getting coffee. Not sure if this is a proto for a new version of the Overthrow or if it’s just a concept that won’t see production (more likely since I recall hearing that Ben doesn’t like working with POM), but it makes me really wish they went this route with the Overthrow.

It’s sharp, heavy, requires precise tuning, it’s fragile, it’s expensive.
I’d love to make it but I would need a flameproof suit for the hate it would generate. Everyone loves to have an opinion and sometimes it’s enough to kill off projects momentum.
So sorry for now. Working on a more ‘user friendly’ version.

If you have delrin 9 dragons shells, an overthrow you don’t mind breaking, and a hammer you could just make your own…

Man, that’s too bad. I’d love to see this. I like the design of the Overthrow but I don’t enjoy the feel of the plastic used, personally.
