If you have it in you, could you film a close-up of just the throw-hand doing your follow, from the front but also from above-ish? I know there are plenty of Follow tutorials out there, and I get the concept so I don’t need a full tutorial or anything… no need to explain the motion and whatnot… I just need to see someone else’s hand to determine how their grip works. This goes for anyone else who happens to read the thread! All it will take is one person’s particular grip working for me… the only one that I can do at all is to full-on GRAB the sucker with my whole fist, which makes the “flip around” transition (so that the loop doesn’t just wrap around your hand) sloppy-looking. ---

I will see what I can do when I have the chance luckily I have no school tomorrow due to the the jewish holiday rosh hashanah so I should be able to film of the weather permits. because sunshine helps. ---

I just trapeze-dismount-around TH-pinch with TH thumb. not even a grab, the other 4 fingers are still pointing straight forward… And yes you can still do LoF with this formation… ---

I learned the trick with gloves on, and thats even before I learned stuff like hook. /topic In the beginning and for a long time I could only do like 2-3 reps. It was not until recently (like right before wyyc) that I started to ever consider throwing without gloves lol /which is also when I started to teach myself something other than speed combos. Now I can do 5-7 reps with gloves and 10+/indefinitely without them. ---

With enough practice, even the “precise pinch” that I have to do would become second nature.
