Try a bigger suction cup to cover more area. Wet the suction cup - makes it stick better.

I had a stubborn as heck cap on my Smooth Move. I ended up using hot glue. Hot glue wouldn’t stick to the suction cup so I swapped in a plastic soda bottle cap which I could then pry on.

Hot glue didn’t stick perfectly to the yoyo cap, which was ideal. It stuck well enough that I could pry, but then once the cap was removed I could peel the hot glue back off.

Poke a hole in the cap and pull it out crow bar style.
