# PGM weight ring guard thing

is there any way to remove and then reattach the guards on the outside that hold the weight rings in? I have an idea for a mod but I need to disassemble the yoyo as much as I possibly can

What is the Mod?

They won’t budge, if you do get them out they won’t go in again.

I had an idea for a repaint but I need to be able to paint all of the yoyo.

Just paint around them, be creative.
