After trying maple, it’s definitely the best wooden unresponsive I’ve tried and hope to own one one of these days! Knowing how difficult it can be to make both a smooth and well performing (not to mention the modern wide specs) yoyo, at what point in prototyping did you feel confident with the design and play? Were there any points where you thought the project might not be worth it? ---
