# palm grind help

what can I do to help improve my horizontal and regular hand/palm grinds?

play around with how you cup your hand, it takes a bit to find how it works for you, like try cupping your hand more

Try playing around with the way you’re cupping your hands. Also try throwing the yoyo at different angles and speeds. It sometimes depends what angle the yoyo is at and the speed. I practiced for a while and I even did returned it while palm grinding

I would just cup my hands more and keep my eye on the Toyota the whole time.
