# Paint on the outside of my blue Duncan Mosquito?

Hey everybody,
I was just wandering if I could use paint like what people use to paint pictures and magnets on the outside of my blue Duncan Mosquito?

It’d wear down pretty quick.
I’d try clear coat after it.

Makes a clear coat to protect the paint.

Protect the paint that actually shows, so it doesn’t wear out as fast.

How long do you think the paint would last with clear coat?

If done correctly, it will last quite some time. It will still chip off when the yo-yo is dinged, however.

They also make a spray paint thats made for plastic, then clear coat it. I actually splashed my Mosquito like this.

A clear coat is clear paint that is applied over your paint job. It is both protective and aesthetic. It protects the underlying paint from scratches. It also can be polished to a lustrous shine.
Any where that sells paint should have clear coat paint.
