# Oversized V-Shaped?

Been throwing my Duncan Windrunner a lot lately, but I generally have the most fun with oversized yo-yos. Anyone have any recommendations for an oversized v-shaped throw that is still in production?

How much oversized? I’ve heard the horizon be described as oversized. It’s a little bigger in diameter, but not in width.

I’d say the Horizon and the Par Avion would both fit the bill. I really like my Big Fun, Scissortail, and Sasquatch 2022, and they’re all fairly different in size and shape, but all oversized.

ooOOoo! I’ve been thinking about getting something from you guys, and the Basilisk C Bearing looks sweet. Hopefully I’d be able to grab one before they sold out able to grab one before they sold out! Have some pics of an actual basilisk that was out in the yard at my old house - really cool animal.

That’s the thing: what is oversized? To me, oversized should be beyond 47mm. However, I consider Basilisk to be pretty wide (45.5 mm) with a big catch zone.

Ah. Yeah it is wide for sure. When i think of oversized i tend to think diameter instead of width. But either can be true of course.

The new CLWY Sasquatch is bigger and lighter than the older one i think. its got a rounded V shape.
i got to play one of prototypes and it was one of the most fun yoyos ive ever played… actually readying this post reminded me that i probs should go buy one now lol.
