# ordering question

so my mother and i agreed on one thing, she would only buy at the store she told me, uhm online store, i’m kinda’ worried ,because i’ve read some posts that they had bent axles, or cracks(mostly on yoyojam yoyos) worried because maybe you know may be the thingi ordered might have those.problems and my mother would kill me if that happens. so do stores like yoyoexpert,yoyoguy etc. check the things you ordered before mailing them?thanks, by the way i’m planning to buy a new breed or maybe a black knight.

They don’t, but if they do have problems, The store, or company will fix it.

so if it has problems ex. out of the box the axle’s bent i could call them or send it back?

Yes YYE customer support is AMAZING!!!
And silicone rings… Maybe after a while of heavy play… But you’ll probably want to change it when you notice your binds getting slippy… and that will happen before they fall out

what kind of silicone o ring fits most yoyojam yoyos?i saw an orage one.at yoyoguy
