zoning is using other areas around your body, like arm, horizontal, BTB and stuff like that ---

Hey guys I was thinking about submitting something for the scales open. Is it true that it is due on the 15th of this month? Do I need to submit both a final and a prelim? And what do I do if I have no access to a stage, do I just video anywhere? and what is the best way to edit a song? Sorry I am new to all this. ---
