# Old Fasion 888

Is the ocho8ocho any different than the 2009 version?

I know it looks different, but is the yo-yo different?

The ocho8ocho is modeled after the '07 888’s. The 07’s aren’t high-walled like the 09’s, giving it a fuller shape, and also making it wider. It’s about 64 grams, so it’s lighter than the '09.

These are small differences, but to many players it makes a big difference in play. Most people prefer the 07, but you may prefer something else.
