Friday night she woke up in severe pain and was taken to the hospital. She refused surgery so was placed into the palliative care wing. She went into a coma and all the color drained out of her skin.
With family surrounding her this afternoon she moved into transition. Soon she peacefully stopped breathing. Her face became smooth and a light pink tint appeared in the skin over her cheeks and brow.
She had a wonderful life extending over more than eight decades in this terrestrial world before the scourge of pancreatic cancer entered her body.
