I’m having a Nickle Plated Dietz. Will polishing it makes the Nickle worn out?

Polishing is supposed to give it it’s shine back. If you wanna tarnish the nickel, then just keep playing w/ it.

Polishing will remove some of the plating, but it’s probably not noticeable.

Polishes are a very fine grit media in a paste. The act of polishing removes a small amount of the surface.
