The “skill level” question is talking about in relation to this site. Expert, Intermediate, Advanced, etc.
I would say maybe New Breed or X-Convict. Also, the Eneme if you can find on is kind of like a metal X-Convict.

I would say the Bully would be a great yo-yo for you. It fits all of your preferences and is also available at another store. PM me and I will tell you where.
