$30 is a wierd budget, for a little more you can get a rly good yoyo, and most good plastic yoyos are a little less ---

what skill level are you on (what trick are you learning) even if you have a replay pro, getting a butter wont make you improve that much. gentry won nats with a 15$ yoyo because of his _ **skills** _ not his yoyo although the replay is crazy good ---
