# New TX wing cut bearing owners...

It’s interesting how many new Terrapin X wing users message me upon receiving there bearing to tell me it’s flat.
Older TX bearings had a more noticeable center dip, it was softened to allow the attach loop do give way more easily when layering as the layer between the two fingers carries the most weight.
I tell them to just play it a bit and send it back if not happy…none have yet.

Hmm, I better order some soon. I’ll hold some money aside for these as I have a few throws that could use a bearing upgrade.

I know you have a few steel ones.
One day give the S/C ceramic a try.
