this is off of plastic whip. step by step instructions I can never catch it so if you can show me 1 do a plactic whip 2 flip your hand over so the loop is facing away from you 3 throw it like a suicide 4 catch it 5 bind 6 yell in acomplatioment ---

i can do part 1, 2, 5 and 6 pretty well, but i can barely do a suicide lol and are you supposed to do the plastic suicide with 1 hand? or 2? bcause it sounds kinda impossible o.0 ---
