Sorry to report this guy is part of the same russian group that was active last spring. Was just able to connect the dots now when I looked him up. Initially didn’t see the link because his initial IP address was from France. Current is from the same area as the rest of them, Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. Also the email address is similar.
