# Need help with wristmount dismount

Can somebody please explain to me how to dismount from a wristmount? I have watched like 10 videos and still can’t do it.

so basically you just land the yoyo on the back string after underpassing from the resting mount. it helsp if you tilt your hand a little to land that back string easily.

You want to land on only the back string for the 2nd underpass. Turning your throw hand inward toward your body will help separate the two strings, making it easier to land on the back string.
