i need someone who can take my raw yoyo and annodize it with with a simple gold tattoo on it.

Not too many people do that anymore. England can but not sure about the tattoo. Fredrico from that national forum can too but he’s in Europe. Vendetta can but he probably won’t. That about sums it up.
