Ok you took ur trip already but for future reference hobbit (already mentioned) and The Lord of the rings series also narnia is great as well. I like the other world with orcs and elves and talking beast kind of books
Also Patrick McManus is hilarious but some reference to vulgularity but all clean otherwise. It doesn’t say vulgar words but just makes fun… Like it would say the blankety blank of a blank or bleepity bleep
